All training is currently done virtually until 9/28/20 following our regular schedules.

Starting 9/28/20, we will return to in person training in homes (pending client readiness) and training at the gyms.

We will also begin testing a new schedule and service offering for virtual, group personal training on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.  The tentative times are 6am and 9am on Tuesday / Thursday and 7:30am on Saturdays.  I am undecided if it will be a beginner boot camp program or our current advanced boot camp programming.  If you are interested please fill out my contact form to let me know.
